Privacy notice

This notice explains how WHT Enterprise handles the personal data you send through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business email, organisation, role, project location and message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a project or partnership with you.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered by email to our team. Cloudflare Turnstile blocks automated spam. To give you a first read of your site, the location you enter is looked up in open services (Open-Meteo and the EU Joint Research Centre’s PVGIS); only the place name and coordinates are sent, never your name or email.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Use the enquiry form and mention “privacy request”.
